Budget Time- property mang. lesson #1

Is this...

still avaiable?I would be very interested,if it is.
To another subject...I have an oppertunity to bid on railcar washing.I have never done this before...There are 4 passenger cars that the company would like washed on a monthly basis. They also want exterior window cleaning on the cars.My bid will be 150.00 /car.Roughly the size of a mobile home, but 6 ft. higher.Any recommendations concerning best chemical/best wash method? They are painted like an auto.I would appreciate any feed back.Thank you Ron,for your time, and your help.Make a million this year,Gentlemen(and ladies)!

Ron how about a class on this subject?

Ron,

If you ever write a book or teach a class on this subject please let me know and I will gladly pay to learn everything that you are willing to teach about commercial projects (or at least as much as I can absorb).:D

I have seen your vision and will focus my marketing on the commercial clients for both of my bussinesses. I have just finished "The E-Myth Contractor" and you're posts on this and other boards mirror alot of what it talks about.

Thank you again :)

P.S. I have familly in Strawberry AZ (just outside of Mesa in the mountains) have you ever heard of it?

One day I would like to fly out for a visit....(maybe during the cold Missouri winter). If it's ok I would like to check out your operation while I'm out there.

My cousin is from Missouri but fell in love with Arizona. He said it's a beatiful place that everyone should visit at least once.

Ron, Count me in too.

I just got my foot in the door with the largest property management company in the state and I could use your experience and knowledge to grow this relationship.

Thanks,

There were to be further installments, but those haven't happened as yet. What you see is all there is!

Ron
I also would like any help and info that you are prepaired to share - and thank you for your help so far - you have us dreaming about Millions of $$$, now we have to start living that dream. I am still P/T but looking to take the step to go F/T. I have helped in the R&D of some of the best equipment for industrial applications in clean and capture on flat work and PM is where I am looking for our start and to put this equipment to good use. We really could start in the AM but want some income lined up first and the fear of loosing my 401K and medical insurance is keeping me P/T.
Our business is in my wife's name and now that she is the boss....tomorrow looks good for her but we do need some direction to go in, before the leap, that is.
You say call anytime but I don't sleep much and don't want to wake you - what would be a good time?
Thank you again.

This year is looking more promising with each passing day. In 2006 we lost almost $20,000 in accounts. Thru new accounts in the past month we have gained about $9000.00 of that back.. We have a couple of deals working where we clean interior red tile floors in commercial kitchens using the surface cleaner.. You wouldn,t believe how well caustic and a suface cleaner , cleans grout .. It's like magic..
We are hopeing this spring and summer to sell more commercial concrete jobs in the day time and keep our regular hood cleanings at night . If our loan goes thru next week we are looking at another truck and a better machine for cleaning concrete.. Then we will use the whitco 4gpm 3500 hot water machine for vent hoods only.. I will probably put my brother in law to work cleaning concrete and I will continue with the hood cleanings.. We are sending flyers for commercial and residential cleanings in the Madison Herald paper ( Richer part of Town) To give it a try...
As far as time management ( I'm just straight out LAZY ) I would like to see 125,000 to 200,000 this year.

Ron,
I haven't been a member here for very long and just found this thread. Is there anyway to still get the information you shared with the others? It would help me out tremendously, I'm sure.
