Phelps Wand and Phelps Equipment

The Phelps Wand has been around for years. I remember it from the old Delco Board. However, Don Phelps used it, and shared the plans for it, so it has become the Phelps Wand. And, IMHO, rightfully so, since Don has done so much to popularize it's use.
