ReKrete - Waterless Concrete Cleaner

Just put out my first application of bio-dry on a fuel island will see how good it does....

I recommend dehydrated water. You pour it in your 300 gallon tank and add 295 gallons of water. Then using your hot water pressure washer at a temperature of 180 degrees at a rate of 5gpm @ 3000psi apply using a standard 15 degree nozzle.

How does it work?

I prefer Dihydrogen Monoxide, myself. It just seems to clean better.

Dehydrated water is top notch and will always have a place on our rig next to the cordless extention cord. Both are must haves for any serious pressure washing contractor.

Right next to the tool box with most comommly used 6/8" wrenches and sockets next to the 2/4" drive rachet.

Funny guys. :banghead:

:killingme:

If you have oil stained concrete that needs cleaning and if water reclamation is a hassle for you, I invite you to check out ReKrete and CAAPS. These environmentally friendly products are bio-engineered to effectively and safely remove petroleum stains from concrete. ReKrete is a fine granular powder that contains proprietary enzymes, designed to get deep within the pores of concrete to consume hydrocarbons. CAAPS is effective when used with pressure washers to clean floors, siding and more.

One 40 pound pail of ReKrete covers approximately 7000 to 8000 square feet of concrete and is economical at a cost of just $0.03 per square foot (based on 7000 sq ft. coverage). One 14 pound pail of CAAPS dilutes to make 55 to 110 gallons of cleaning solution.

ReKrete and CAAPS are unique products that eliminate the environmental challenges associated with cleaning oil stained concrete.

ReKrete Waterless Concrete Cleaner - Update

I would like anyone interested in ReKrete that may have read my posts from several years ago to know that American ReKrete of Virginia closed down (the owner had other interests). After it closed I continued to distribute the products through my own company named Enterprise Supply.

I am correcting my information below in case anyone would be interested in contacting me.

There is a growing consumer demand for green products and now is a great time to consider adding ReKrete to your service offerings.

I welcome your inquiries and look forward to hearing from you.

Walter, is the sample amount enough to do a 200sf area. I don't want to leave an area on this 200sf looking different because I didn't have enough. If it's not enough, I'll look for another area to test.

Duh, it said right on the bag sample covers 30 sf. My bad.

Here's the pics of the test area I did today. It seemed to start working after several minutes. I brushed it around again, and about 30 min later it looked like more oil was lifting out of the pores. Won't know the results right away I guess. Looks better already though!

That's pretty impressive Mike.. Can you tell us, is that the powder sitting on top of the oil? Or has the powder already ate the oil?

I left some extra powder to the side so I can brush it over again. It's a very fine powder that stays down. It was very simple to apply. You can brush away all unused powder. If I remember, i'll post an updated pic in a few days.
