This was cleaned with stone bright. brushed it on and rinsed it off after an hour. Did'nt have time to wait for it to dry. what are your ideas of the orange color in this test spot.

Orange spots

After years of weathering, concrete will turn brown totally or in certain areas. I'm sure you've seen sidewalks or flatwork that is brown or yellow

Hit with pure steam. Turn your washer volume down to hit pure steam. You may not be able to hit dry steam, but the hotter you can get it the better off you will be. If you cannot hit the 300+ degree mark with some decent pressure, then try to get close. One way to do this is by heating up you water tank to 100+ degrees. Run your boiler in a loop with your tank. This would only take 3 to 5 minutes or so. MAKE SURE NOT TO GO PAST YOUR RECOMMENDED TEMP REQUIREMENTS SET FOURTH BY THE PUMP MANUFACTURE. Most pumps can handle 100 degrees, some can go higher.

By doing this, you increase your heat output, even though your boiler may only be 400,000 btu's. Your output would be equivalent to a 650,000 btu boiler under the same conditions.

The problem is that you will only get this high heat as long as your fixed water supply in you tank is full. Meaning a water tank of 300 gallons, you will only have 300 gallons to wash with. DO NOT add cold water to the mix. You will defeat the purpose of the preheated water.

You can also change the diesel output of the boiler. You would have to increase the airflow as well. This would increase the BTU's but may degrease the life of the boiler.
