Air Duct Cleaning

Anyone have any information on air duct cleaning-other than NADCA. Would like a site that would have supplies and equipment.

Thanks

David

David, the Delco site has a board for air duct cleaners. Lots of information, also lots of animosity. There are 2 types of vacuums, truck mounted and portable. I see more companies, like furnace and sheet metal people getting into air duct cleaning. I don't think air duct cleaning requires the skill that hood cleaning does.
the snow is about 6 inches deep outside right now, with the temp about 25 degrees, almost like summer.

Hello David,

Suggest you check out Nikro Industries at http://www.nikro.com

We bought one of there EC5000 machines a couple of years ago. Have only used it on one job, but that job paid for it!

As Douglas stated the Delco BBS for Air Duct Cleaners is a good source of info. It has been awhile since I looked at it but NADCA's site use to have a listing of supplier/members with their web sites.

Thanks for the info.

David, did you ever expand into the airdcuct cleaning.

I know a company that still come from cali to clean the Claimjumpers

Me and my partner have added Hvac air duct cleaning (and dryer vents) to our arsenal.
We go out and offer a free video inspection, We can then leave them with a DVD before we leave, when we come back to do the job, we video the cleaning process with before, during and afters, lightscribe a dvd with our company info and burn the dvd and leave it with them to show their friends!!
