Unless the Mr. Clean or Fantastik product states that it's okay to use on glass, I would stay away from those products for using on windows.
If you have a pole you can stick a microfiber rag with just a little water on it and touch up. Or if you have a pad holder that fits on a pole, do the same thing with a microfiber or huck towel and get better and more accurate coverage.
 
Easiest way would be just get a small did tank like the Unger stage 1 hydropower or one of the window cleaningresource tanks , you already have your pressure washing hose setup to make custom quick connections to use it or just get another reel with the 5/16 hose . Just do it the right way and when spraying the glass try spring in a way that you rinse the glass but do not wet the top frame so it does not drip back onto the glass - hope that makes sense.
