Will be contacting agencys governmental and private to inform them today that many methods of pressure cleaing conserve water often 100 of times greater than standard conventional methods.

In the event that we receive a story in the Atlanta area we have a contractor on stand-by.

Should we need people in outlying or other county’s that want to inform the general public the governor and other state officials please send the e-mail directly to me AT mus1961@aol.com

This is attempt to educate that Pressure washer nation wide can do there part in water conservation and its time to step it up as the governor of GA has informed the population.

In times of distress we need to pressure clean and also should be using pressure cleaning as prevention so that we don’t get ourselves in this predicament.

School, restaurant and other places need regular cleaning for health and safety reason. The legislators of this state should be informed that miss use of water has been a practice of these industries and if the governor is serious about conservation then he should be mandating the every place adopt more efficient cleaning methods such as pressure cleaning.

Through private and government agency we will try to scientifically show them that pressure washing could be the resolution to stop the madness of wasted water.

We hope that we can make and impact for the environment and the future of our children.

Great post Ron , here is my take ......... Find reasons to work not reasons not to , if the Govt told you to quit eating would you ? Of course not , so find a way just as Ron says , educate the consumer and the government and show them the benifits of power washing and steer clear of the negatives.

This might help also, instead of sending mail about being worried about being out of work.

Please send mail you have a solution. The state and other agencies are looking at preventive methods.

Pressure cleaning does reduce the water usage; I have no hard scientific proof from manufactures and engineers yet. I will obtain it if I have to do my own study.

We as a group need to voice our concerns but I don’t think we realize as a group we are the resolution to the problem at hand.

Schools restaurants and many other places need cleaned on a regular basis do to health reasons. We as a collective group could save the planet by bringing the factual information to the state and local governments making them understand that we are solution to the problem and not the problem.

So, along with the letters about no work please include the positive solution.

She told me not one contractor had brought this to here attention and had only received letter of concerns of no work. (Please guys be positive and be the resolution)

Be the future and help your children.

did you get any facts on how pressure cleaning does reduce water usage to give to the general public. The general public sees a pressure washer and think "man that must use alot of water, when all actuality some water spickets use more water just at a lower pressure. think how much water and time it would take to clean mildewed walkways with a waterhose and brush and you would never get the results as you would with 1/10 of the time it would take you to do it with a pressure washer. my .02 and it might sound confusing im still tired and have a cold!!:(

Len Sutton has some good data that is both compelling and solid. I will give him a call and see what he can send me! I will keep you posted. Also, maybe Celeste has this data already.
