OK, We've heard about lowballers.. but I think I got y'all beat.
I will not go into many details here, the numbers speak for themselves.....
All buildings were to have gum removal - rust removal and all work to be done on Weekends and to be completed by Dec. 23.
We had to have bids in by Monday.
Reef bid $2,760 on a building wash - 560 LF of 2 story, 685 single story, no roof. Winning bid - $1500
Reef bid $6885 on a building wash - ALL 900 LF 2 story and 30,000 sq ft. of shingle roof to also be cleaned and rinsed. With a second floor to clean as well. Winning bid - $ 2880
Reef bid $3605 of a building wash - 508 LF of 2 story and 1100 feet of single story high. 2 loading docks. Winning bid - $900
All buildings had plenty of sidewalk.
