That is an awsum schedule. Good Luck Pete and Everette

I believe that Jack Kramer and I might be offering another program this spring like we did at the ACR RT last year.

We wrote a program that covers basic marketing, safety, chemical / detergent use, EPA compliance, wood restoration and property cleaning all bundled together providing "the basics" needed to do the job and do it well.I am working on a "Jobsite Emergency FIrst Aid" program that we hope to include it in the program.

The cost is 399.00 for the entire program with onsite demonstrations. This includes manuals and reference CD's. Snacks and Lunch included.

Last year we also ran programs for 5 individual contractors - they came to the office, recieved all of the classroom information and then went to the field to see the knowledge in action. This was a lot of fun as well.

Ron,
Is this the PWNA or Alliance Training? It seems to me that the PWNA does the advertising for Alliance Training. Maybe that because one of the owners of Alliance Training is the president of the PWNA. Glad to see that membership dollars are being spent wisely.

Conflict of interest?

Anyone Can teach for the PWNA, in the past they have had so many intructors I cant mention them all.

And wont the org that anyone is starting advertise the training programs?

Thats the resposibilty of the org is to locate the training and introduce the best possible training to its members.

Jack, glad to see ya posting over here at PWI.

Matt, your advertising your School? I dont see why everyones got issues with this?

Jack, i dont see the problem with this. You own your company, do you advertise for someone else?

Gee, just think, not one class is more than 200 miles from the east coast. Not that it would matter to me, but, kind of odd.

What is going on with PWNA. One minute they are going under – lots of negative about leadership now this training. It would seem that it is about the money fee, and nothing wrong with that-but what is going on behind the curtains?

Scott, they need a School west coast for sure. maybe Delco will get back on board for the southern central states.

You are right Ron-they can't find the West Coast.

If this was a good program (not saying this one is) that taught you how to do it profitably and correctly (not saying this one does) and it also taught you how to market and sell wood resto job (I doubt this one does?) it would be worth five times that.

So, you're going to the one in Shamong?
:)

I agree ron... but the bull*&^% line about the PWNA offering instruction from anyone that offers it occurs only after they review the course content offered and approve it. This is ridicolous.. What person in thier right mind would send thier content to the PWNA to be reviewed by one of the owners of Alliance trade services who sits on the board that approves course content.

It is ballsey to post these courses ifered by the PWNA... Many of us We were all promised by Charlie Arnold that an Ethics investigation would be done regarding Everette and the PWNA and the findings would be made public.... I have an email to that effect. This was several months ago... Haven't heard a word... I suspect that it got squashed... It only highlights the leadership or lack there of in the PWNA

I think it is time to post the financials that the released

Someone smarter than them.

I would submit my guidelines and curriculum. My manuals are copy written, I think you guys are paranoid about this.
Any university or secondary education approves the course curriculum.
Please gentlemen you are protected and the integrity of the entire BOD would be on display.

I’m not certain but I believe Brian P was the past guy that was in charge of certification. (New ones)

Since he is past maybe he could share his views on this process?
I see Delco back with the PWNA in the future, the reason is they have had falling outs in the past and seem professional enough to work through differences for their interest and the industry.

The people in charge of the PWNA can’t stay too long.

If we looked back 4 short years ago we would have never thought Delco would be looking from the outside. Based on that I believe anything is possible.

Ken & MAtt, you guys say your pros. Be bigger than them and offer the course you state to be PWNA certified along with your own.

Many certification can be duel.

If you truly want the indsutry to benifit we need to work together and understand that many of us will have differences.
