Who has contacts

Thanks, Charlie.
That helps.

How about heading on over to the User CP and taking care of the signature requirements? Give a holler if you need any help with it.

Call them yourself they will tell you

Been there, done that.Lower management are being tight lipped. My strongest instinct tell me that exterior cleaning comes out of their bonus so they don't want people highre uop the food chain talking with me.
90% maybe more of my commercial work comes from face to face meetings. Most often starting with lower mangers, but these 2 companies are a hard nut to crack.

Arbys are very easy, if you send the arbys a post card in phx you will make money.

Tacobell is way diffferent, you have to be on the vendor list for YUM.

The guys Name in phx for the southwest is Jeff garrett, call me and i give you his number.

They owe me about 6000.00 so you know, they quit paying and i quit washing.

The Arby's in Graham dessimated the exterior of their store - imagine how embarassing it was to point out the damage to the manager just to be told it was him LOL. Some stores are the decision makers, some aren't. Do you know if the Arby's are regional Scott? If so, I can dig back through who paid us the one time we did work if NC and Georgia would be in the same area.

What about Jack in the Boxes?

I found the name of the company that owns these store(Taco Bell). They are a franchisee that have 170 properties state wide.
While I still don't have a district managers name I do have an email out the their home office as of 20 minutes ago. These stores are in bad shape.Even the newest one to open(6 months ago) in my area looks like someone dumped grease on their sidewaks.

Hey Scott...I ran into the same thing in central GA. I was at a Taco Bell and the assistant maganger told me that he couldn't give out that information and that the regular manager would be in Monday if I wanted to talk to her about it. I never followed up with her because if getting a name is that big of a deal how would getting paid be??

the question should be 60, 90, 120, 150, 180

Scott, if you can find out who the general contracting company is that built it they may be able to point you in the right direction. I'm doing that here and has gotten the basic contact, legwork from here.

I had 2 districts at one time, total of 21 arby locations. They actually were the best payers i had. I would get paid 2 weeks after service, that is amazing as far as i'm concerned.

Long story short, a new regional manager came to town and was going to save Arby's alot of money and cleaned house of all vendors me included, then tried to not pay me for the last invoices.

Long story short, took him to court i won he paid i later found out they fired his ass 2 months later. i never went back to get the account back, no thanks.

In general how is getting paid from fast food places, 2week, 30, 60, 90?
Just wondering.

15 to 30 days is most common for us.We have a couple of accounts that will go out to 45 days, but it's rare and usually a reminder phone call gets them back on track.New accounts I expect delays and don't bothering calling until they have reached 45 days.
One thing we have found that saves time is having a W9 in hand on the 1st service instead of waiting for them to send it to us.It speeds up the payment process.
