And they have still yet to show it cleaning a stained surface, well they show them cleaning a oil spot in the first video just not what it looked like afterwards.

Ok,maybe I'm missing something.

I have seen more than once where people think a swabby should restore concrete to a new again appearance. Is anyone doing it with their PWer and surface cleaner?
I clean a lot of concrete monthly. My experience is that no chemical,PWer or surface cleaner will bring oily nasty concrete back to a new appearance.I certainly wouldn't expect a swabby to do it either. It's a ride on surface cleaner with a built in vac.
Concrete is basically a hard sponge.Lots of pours for contaminants to get into and the only effective way to remove them completely is removal and re-pour.

Am I wrong in my assessment?

Never heard him claim 30,000 feet an hour either. That is a LOT of cleaning. Most I have heard is "up to 10,000" feet an hour.

Great piece of equipment only if it is sold to "Business" minded folks that won't immediately drop thier pants and prices just because they can clean faster. It is just another tool for lowering prices. For the price he wants for that set-up, you can have 4 Scott Stones come out and clean twice as fast with his set-ups. Only way I'd outlay that kind of $$$, is if it came with Guaranteed cleaning accounts that would pay the equipment off in 6 months.

He doesn't claim this, I was defending the swabby and telling others what it is capable of doing. 30,000 was a little high it is more like 20,000 sq. ft. an hour. 10,000 sq. ft. claim was before a couple of add ons, now a good friend of mine can reach the 20,000 sq. ft. mark per hour.
