Question - Painted Stucco

Today I cleaned a bank bldg that hasn't been cleaned in a while. It has a veranda on all four sides with a covered roof. The bldg sits on the main street and gets a lot of exhaust emissions from traffic accumulating on the roof.

When it rains, the pollutants run down the fascia and stain the ceiling below.

Also, the landscapers' two cycle engines from their trimmers, blowers, etc. blow exhaust fumes on the walls. The walls are not coming clean w/ sodium hypochlorite or sodium hydroxide (industrial purple). Although the industrial purple seems to be working better than the pool bleach.

Lastly, will industrial purple hurt the granite and glass storefront adjacent to the stucco.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
