hello,my name is nick donero. I own nicky d's property managment and live and operate out of Port Richey Fl. My company does landscaping, mowing, and just recently added pest control to turf and ornementals.I have joined this forum to meet new people and learn a little about the pressure cleaning buisness.About two years ago i purchased a unit which was probally a little two much machine because I dont even use it, nor did i try to market it. I have two hot water untis with 325 gallon holding tank set up on a trailer. I basiclly have the right tools to do some commercial properties.I have two surface cleaners as well.I could use some info about locating contacts of property managment companies and how to actually contact them. I have did some emails to some, but most of the time i dont get any responce.I could use all the info Ican get so I could promote some buisness for my machine. Thankyou, nick

all my work is residential, but some commercial work that i did do was through a employer of my own. I broke away from regular employment and am trying to push into the commercial word.Any tips? Thanks

My advice ??
In Florida, STAY residential Ricky :)
Commercial work here is whored out, big time.
You can work long and hard for little or nothing !!
High End Residential is where it is at, market to your existing customers base first, then ask for referrals from them go from there.

residential o.k

Let me ask;I have been reading and learning about the pressureless roof cleaning and how you use 12 volt pumps.I have a shurflo at 3 gal a minute.Pump size is not to much of a concern if you know how to calibrate. With your applesauce mix, what would be the rate per 1000sq.In the past i did try chlorine from pinch a penny at 50/50 and let dwell for 10 minutes or so,but the results were not so hot and it seemed like there was to much time involved with the process.people here are pretty much saying spray applesausce and rinse with little or no pressure and its clean. What do I need to do thats right.i do realize that there is a good market in florida for the roof cleaning, but I need to learn the ropes some.
