They are not free, they are installed in construction. Each one of these are total recon units, 100% of the water is captured. 100% of solids are disposed of by a licensed hauler with proper permit to carry.

Ron, on the video, is that for waste water, rain water or what?

If that was for rainwater, that would be good if you were in a drought area.

its is for any water, they are made so no water discharges off property. When they need to be cleaned they have a company clean them or re install them.

100% reclaim

Chris, you have them in every property in texas, have had since about 1984.

Check with your building a zoning.

I guess you mean commercial properties?

All new homes do not have them. The only ones that have anything close to that would be those big concrete septic tanks but that is out in the country, not in the city.

When I see new construction, I have never seen those installed. The closest to that I have seen installed would be the long fuel tanks for the gas stations. That is the only thing I see put underground except the typical plumbing.

Maybe it is not done here??? Most new construction have the silt fences, hay bales, etc... to filter the runoff but no tanks like what you show in the video.

I've never seen anything like that in residential construction.

Not seen much commercial construction so it's possible something like that was installed and I didn't see it.

Ron is this like this on all commercial property now, unless it was built before 1984? I was walking around a construction site the other day and didn't see anything that looked like this. Is each state different or is this like this everywhere?

Did the property have drains on site?
If it did those drains dump to something like what Ron has posted above. Just because there are drains on site does not mean they are storm drains.
