American made?

The Cleaner

Vetran Washer 30 Years Plus
Has anyone ever tried one of thier surface cleaners? They have thier own drive unit with a 6.5 hp engine that spins the bar instead of water driven.

I have heard of this in the past, and was wondering if anyone has ever used one? The cost is about $3000 bucks for one and thier made in SD.

I have not used one. I would advise you though to be prepared for some extended conversation if you call for information.

I talked to the gentleman for about 45 minutes one afternoon. I seemed very nice. I must say this though. He seems really keen on the fact that the thing will take paint and rubber off of an airport runway. If that is the case how much damage could you do in say, I don't know 15 minutes in a local parking lot? I'm sure it has it's uses, but unless I were going into striping and sealing concrete I just can't see the risk of property damage or the money for the machine.

What were the specs on the machine? A standard surface cleaner, with the right specs could do the same.

Sounds like somebody has been sneaking out on weekends doing some flatwork on the DL.
;)

I used to do flatwork. I got tired of trying to compete in an area plagued by weekend warriors, who are willing to pressure wash anything for $50.00. Besides, I like playing with foam a LOT better anyway!:)
