Hi Kory,

The mission statement looks funny, maybe it's just my computer, It looks like the header overlaps the body copy. I would start all of the columns at the same height, they are uneven. I would even them out on both sides.

How many are you having printed and who is doing the printing? Thanks

You might think about dropping in a background color on the front panel and leave the other panels white

Who is your target audience?

In my opinion, depending on who they are going to, you may be better putting the info on to a simply designed postcard. Or if you are sticking with the tri-fold I would suggest using a pre-made template or if your budget allows, having one designed.

Not bashing, just think that marketing material can sometimes mislead your target audience about who or what you are... and the kind of service you deliver.

They are going to be handed out at trade shows and at pm offices. I already have postcards to mail them

Kory you had post card 2 years back that had red back ground I think that would be good color for brack up all that white but other then that information is good.

Sorry Kory but I'd suggest getting a pro to make up a flier for you. Those fliers have a lot of photos but not much information on them. A picture is worth a thousand words they say but on a company brochure for property managers? It doesn't offer or promise them much.

Thanks for the comments guys! I kept it short and sweet due to the fact that most people today have mild A.D.D and are visualy stimulated and just don't have time. Henry your website looks great but after the first paragragh I quit reading when I saw how much stuff there was to read. I guess in my opnion it is information overload. I just want to wet the pallet and get them to call. I am in no way being defensive so please ceep the comments coming. Thank You!

I use them every time I meet a customer. I give them a brochure, biz card and pen. I think it shows the customer you're a serious professional, that knows his stuff!!!

It's a bit hard to read, probably just my pc though.
It looks good, but, the same as most homeowners and P.M.'s are not pw's by trade ( for me ) the same goes that we are not graphics designers.
Some are, but not me, as I get the print shops to design mine.
