What CRM are you using?

working great has really sped up our processing of prospects/customers and streamlined our follow ups and scheduling

Are you invoicing and doing proposals/estimates from it??

It is mainly for driving sales, continuous communication and closing deals. You can't quote straight from it like 'pro-posal' does... But it is definitely one of the less administration-intensive CRMs out there.

Integrates with a bunch of other web apps. Doesn't tick all the boxes but it is definitely a strong platform.

yes...I am playing around with it on a trial...just trying to figure all it does. Looks good though

I do not think it does enough for us. We need it to schedule estimates and jobs. Show every truck and money from every truck every day. And more.

Jeff and Steven....it looks like mainly for keeping track of following up on sales leads and commercial customers? Is this what you guys use it for mainly. In other words, you don't input your entire customer base in it do you?? Or do you???

Yeah, mainly for sales, follow-up and touching base with leads on the 'hot', 'warm' and 'cold' basis. Has kept me on track in following up.

That being said, I am currently switching over Fleetmatics Work for everyday business operation - field workers, work orders, customer and site info, estimates, etc. Platform is impressive - customer service is lacking just now with setup and training calls.

I'll give it a few months to get set up and hopefully it will be the system to grow with.

As of right now we use it for our whole customer database... can tell when we did the work for customers and for how much.... it automatically imports email addresses into mailchimp for when we want to do email marketing... We can search our customer database by lead source or any other thing we please. As well as the integration/scheduling with google calendar makes it easy for us. We use it fr everything except the actual "invoice".

Go custom made! After 10 years running my own pressure washing business, and even more as a full stack developer. I've moved into a computer chair full time, currently wrapping up development on a inventory, e mailer, scheduler, invoice ,employee management, for another pressure washing business (its a refreshing change to get deep into the the 'big data' behind the 'spray') . If anyone was in the market for something they can host on their servers, a demo, or a custom tool I'd be more then happy bleed your ear off on all the benefits you can get from data, and the types of routes we can take to get you there together.
