New rig hits the road

Residential and Commercial Pressure Washing Specia
Finally initiated the new trailer tonight, and we did our first job together, just me and her. Got a couple of minor adjustments to make, but I think I'm going to be extremely happy with the Hybrid trailer

6gpm 4000 psi hot water
5.6 gpm 3500 psi hot water
5.6 gpm 3500 psi cold water
air compressor and Diaphragm pump
2 35 gallon chem tanks
1 60 Gallon Roof/House Wash Mix Tank
275 Gallon Tank

and one big fat guy to do all the work and sometimes a skinny little helper

That is a nice rig.

I only see 2 hose reels, I am guessing that you are going to "T" 2 or 3 machines together for more flow?

still need to mount one more hose reel and water hose reel. I would like more flow once and a while, but for the most part flow hasn't been a problem. I may get an 8 gpm machine next time

Please tell me that you are going to vent the heater out the top of the trailer. I can see all sorts of problems with interior heat making your machines run unnecessarily hot.

Sweet. Those Hybrids are perfect for what we do. Just couldn't find one for the right price. Definitetly get a burner stack and vent it out. Don't want to cut the top of the trailer then get wide enough pipe end right angle it out door. You could set that up where it's a fast disconnect when not in use or make it permanent with the engine exaust going thru it as well.

Really cool set-up.

I would run a stack. I neglected to say that is a very nice rig.

It does have a side door on both sides along with double doors in the back. I have only used it for one gas station and a house wash, but I opened all the doors and it does have 2 vents in the top. Ventilation is pretty good, but I will still be venting outside. I'll take all the advice I can get.

Thanks

My advise?

Sell it, go out of business and go fishing!
