Here it is finally. Built by SoftWash Roof & Exterior Cleaning Systems and sold by www.DCS1.com. Took it out for its trial run today. Just a small 2000 sqft shingle roof and it worked like a dream. Here's what its got:

1. Fully welded aluminum frame with ladder rack.
2. Two 125gl tanks. One for roof mix and one for house wash mix (or one for shingle and
one for tile)
3. Two delevan 7gpm fatboys.
4. Two 18" aluminum Titan hose reels
5. 300' 1/2" Chem hose
6. 200' High pressure Hose
7. Surface cleaner slide rack on top
8. One 18gl loaf tank to hold soap, green wash, catalyst, etc...so that you dont mix it
directly into the SH for longer lasting mix.
9. Injection system for the loaf tank.
10. 4gpm 4k psi pressure washer
11. Marine grade on/off switch that allows you to power pump 1, pump 2 or both at the
same time.
12. Built in QC's for clean water rinsing (I also use the to pump chems into my mix tanks)
13. Water fill pipes with QC's to stay in regulation
14. Fully wired into the truck battery with a marine grade breaker to eliminate charging the
battery

Since I opted for the pressure washer, we set it up so that one pump pulls from the front tank and the other pulls from the back tank but they both use the same hose reel.

They are plumbed so that you can bypass into the tanks for agitation (and they have an agitator that "folds" the mix onto itself for maximum agitation) or you can run it through the hose reel. You can also run one pump for agitation/mixing and one for spraying at the same time.

There are 4 filters on this system. 1 in each tank for pulling chems, and 1 before each pump.

Theres more im forgetting but I welcome questions on it. This is the most capable roof cleaning system that I've seen since I got into the business.

That is very nice Scott. I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the chemical part of the system. Thanks for the advice the other day. I'm afraid I have to agree with you.

OK I have to ask--what did the whole setup cost you?? I like the way its self contained in the bed of the truck. My other thought was whats holding in the surface cleaner when going down the road?? I Think it looks awesome!

@ Wesley - We use the PW so LITTLE that maintenances are few and far between. But we can easily get to the pump, plugs, oil, etc easily with removing it from the truck.

@ Chris - No I wish it did. LOL. Thanks

@ Tom - Every system will be different costs because of the custom bits and pieces. They start at $4,499.00 and go up. They can also be mounted onto a trailer. As for the Surface cleaner, I wondered the same thing so I put it on and drove around orlando for a day to make sure it would be picked up by the wind and it didnt. I did put a bungee on the back to keep it from sliding out.

I LOVE the way the surface cleaner is mounted,. All very cool. Beats backing a trailer down a long driveway.

Very nice rig.

Anyone tell you where to put that thumb yet?

Now thats what all profesional power washer rigs should look like!
Spending that few thousand bucks to look great.

@ Greg - we actually didn't finish till 10pm Thursday night. Lol

@ James - for what it cost, it was a very small investment compared to some of the systems I've seen.
