I did some checking, and moved the thread back to behind the scenes. The reason is that I have found from a couple of different sources that an attempt was made to correct the problem in Myrtle Beach, and you disappeared, then an offer was made to let you pay shipping to and from Milwakee to have the machine repaired, and you refused. Though I would not normally agree with you having to pay shipping, in this case it makes sense since you have been using the machine, even though it was not what you ordered, thus making it a used pump.
