Why a vacation away from the city is worth it

When I went away to a lake house without internet for a couple of days a couple of months ago, I realized how much my brain really gets tired of the city. It seemed like only two days, but it felt like a reboot. At first it was unusual: silence, just birds and the sound of trees. But then you just sit by the water and catch yourself that breathing became easier, thoughts calmer. Now I think I should do it regularly. Has anyone else noticed how much nature affects your inner state?

Life without the internet really is great — it feels like your mind finally gets a chance to breathe. But still, when I’m at home, I often use apps like undress with AI, and without the internet they just don’t work. It’s a funny contrast between digital comfort and real peace.
