JC is absolutly right. Here is one that we do once a year. The Bldg. is steel framed but the exterior has the same texture as you are descibing. (Actually sounds hollow when you tap on it.) When we Clean it we just DS it with a good House Wash mix followed by a lite rinse. It always comes out...

I've had it do it to me too but with Pink Stuff and even with Rust Aide. The combination of cheap paint, constaint errossion from the sprinklers hitting it and the sufur in the well water will fade those areas where the sprinkler water hits. I bet if you applied it to an area of the house where...
