Washing a stained house on Friday. I washed 1 of these last year with no problems, but this one hasn't been stained in about 10 years I believe she said. Anything I should be cautious of using my normal house wash mix?

Which do you guys think will be better, hitting 2000 houses, 3 times a year (1 now, then other 2 in may and july), or 1500 houses, 4 times a year (1 now, other 3 in may, june, and july)? My cards will be professionally done with a nice call to action.
