    What is the best chemical sprayer that can reach two stories?

    I am looking for a chemical sprayer (2-4 gal.) that can easily spray a diluted chemical solution on vinyl siding of houses up to two stories. I am fine with battery or hand pump. I am just looking for the best quality, long lasting, affordable option. Any help with this would be great.
