It looks like Facilitec and Commercial Services gave lectures on exhaust cleaning at this RFMA show. Maybe its just for big chains but it looks like it might be a good association to join similar to a state restaurant association. This one is solely for the purpose of facilites mangement though...

This is a picture of a restaurant owner standing in the middle of what used to be his dining room after a grease fire completely destroyed his business. Seeing stuff like this kind of makes you want to work just that little bit harder to make sure your clients are protected.
