#1 Customer Complaint

In all of my travels and talking with customers, one thing I’ve found out of all the sales, marketing and other professional qualities you have. You will almost close every deal if you promise this one thing.

Had a guy almost fall over last night after we finished his hood. He couldn't believe we were finished in the estimated time and mopped the floor.

15 Minutes is $35.00... But yeah your right.. I once got called back in like 1996 for using the restaurants mop.. I asked the lady manager would you rather me mop the floor with your mop or not at all.. She said if you can't keep my mop clean I would rather you not mop it at all.. So I didn't . I had the night manger sign the recipt astating that I was told not to mop the floor.. The next day the owner called.. I bought a mop and a bucket , drove 40 miles to mop a floor..On every other Bumper's drive In I used there mop .. Never a complaint after that.. >>I think I like the 5 gallon bucket of soapy water and the foam swueege approach myself.. But I will Mop..
