I have a residential front walkway with red brick pavers that has extreme buildup of calcium and who knows what from water runoff, red clay from the pl;anters, etc.. I used Prosoco's restoration cleaner and had no luck removing it. The homeowner used a small amount of LimeAway and it started to come up. My question: Has anybody ever used LimeAway on masonry? The customer wants the masonry sealed after cleaning (penetrating sealer) and I am concerned the LimeAway may pose some long term issue I am not aware of. Any suggestions?
