Wow - In a massively busy period of back to back contracts, loads of weekends and major construction cleans

Just finished an 18000 SQM car park, full store clean, including cladding, store envelope walkways, service yards and entrance exit roads, additional works on fuel station to be completed Monday.

A little finishing off before store relaunch and then onto another major contract in central London.

!8000 SQM car park clean six men over five days on the lances!!!!

That is almost 200,000 sq ft. That is one heck of a day and ALOT of water.

What we had was a brand new - just laid, over the last three months car park that had had bark dumped on it, bollard holes cored all sorts of things dropped onto it, plaster, paint, chewing gum and general grime.

What the client wanted was all areas cleaned.

I am not saying it is perfect because it isn't but that is down to constant traffic driving over all areas. Our remit from the directors was to clean all areas properly, basically getting up all problems that the road sweepers couldn't.

What they got was a thorough pressure wash of all 18000 SQM or 200,000 sq feet.

This is not the biggest car park cleaned, we did a 22000 SQM - 236808.03 sq ft car park a couple of years ago and I expect that there will be a couple more next year.

I don't know how these rate to what you guys get over there but to us they are pretty substantial and would equate to Walmart sized car parks. This was on a 90 000 SQ feet store.
