Hello Soleil,

Where the text is over graphics, it can be hard to read. Can you lighten the graphics up a little, so that they look somewhat "washed out"? This is really easy to do in photoshop. Create a layer over the paticular graphic, paint it white, and then reduce the transparancy. This will cause the text to Pop out a little more, and be a lot easier to read. In addition to that, you can add a shadow behind the text. If you leave the shadow black, it will make the text hard to read - but if you change the shadow to white, it will make the text even easier to read.

With your coupons, if you asign an actual dollar amount off to your offer it will have a greater impact. For instance, "$45.00 off" sounds better then "10% off", even if 10% equals more then 45.00.

One other thing I noticed, are these going to be postcards to be distributed by mail? If so, do you have enough space for the address and postage?

Thanks Micah :)

That was way better than it could have been.

When I get home later I am going to see about implementing those ideas.

As for the postage, CanadaPost has an Admail program that I can send out unaddressed mail for .128 cents, so I won't need a place for those. This won't be as good as addressed mail, but I will probably be doing 3 or 4 mailings to the same area of 2500 houses. Hopefully I get at least 10 jobs out of it (or more of course)! It is our first time doing a mailer, I'm hoping that the stars align and it works out. We had a lot of money wasted on marketing this past year :(

Other than the hard to read issues, do you think the copy and colors are okay? This will likely be our only big residential push this spring in terms of investment dollars. Printing up here is .50 cents a color page, I'm thankful for Keith at KBK's rates!

I have made some changes on the text box. Is it easier to read yet still appealing to the eye?

Changed the names of our packages as well..
