Hello,

Thank you in advance for you help, this site has proved invaluable to me, with all the information from professional pressure washers across the country!

The following questions are for bidding pressure washing work in the western north carolina area. I know there is many variables in bidding work, but as a basis for estimates your help would be much appreciated. I am especially interested in what professionals in the southeast part of the country charge, but, of course if you don't live in this area, I would still be interested in what you charge for your work.

1. Decks- How much per sq. foot to clean and seal a deck. also how much for rails steps etc.

2. Flatwork- How much to charge for flatwork(driveways walkways?

3. Residential- How much per linear(or other method) foot to powerwasing homes

4. Per hour charge: What is your per hour charge(1 man on the job)?

Go to www.dcs1.com and look at their price guide. That should get you started. You will find it difficult to determine prices on the bbs simply because there are so many variables involved. What is a mid-line price here in Charlotte may be too high or too low in Asheville.

Decks are particularly quirky. Some folks estimate by linear foot, some by square foot, so much for railings, etc. Do a search or back posts for deck pricing and you will get some good info.
