I have a job I’m looking at in south Florida, the parking garage has never been cleaned, there’s over 1100 parking spots and we are also doing the ceiling and walls throughout the entire building, there’s no water hook up in the building so obviously we are bring in our own water. I’m looking to see what others generally charge for a job like this I’ve done countless large jobs like this however this would be the biggest for my team. I was thinking about .15 cents per sq ft because of how long the job will take and we have to go over everything after we do the ceilings. The parking garage is extremely dirty with oil and rust stains everywhere
