Just a little reminder...
It is always a good idea to use a larger size hose on the suction side of the pump compared to the discharge side. For example, the Delavan 5850-101E and Fatboy have 1/2" fpt ports on the suction and discharge sides of the pumps. Use at least a 3/4" id hose to 'flood' the pump with chemical. Using a stiff hose such as an ag hose will prevent the hose from crushing in under severe vacuum. An ag hose has a higher working pressure (w.p. or wp) than commonly sold clear poly braid tubing or chemical hose.
We offer a clear pvc ag hose with a white helix for easy inspection. We also offer a variety of colored ag hoses in 1/4" id to 12" id.
