Great to see you are still at it Mikey. Those numbers are very impressive. You averaged 2 jobs a day 10 per week. I don't quite get your short hand thing, what is "Q", "SA" and "A"? If anything, your expenses are a little high - you can save big buying chemical and plastic in bulk. Plastic and employees are our biggest expenses and you seem to have 50% of that licked. Who is "Sam" that owes you, "Uncle" or "Walton"? You have the certainly done an awesome job, stay safe.

It appears to me that Q/S/A is for Quartely, Semi, and Annually. The "36X34 must refer to the 36 cents per mile above the line on Sched C, or $12,240 business mileage for 34,000 miles. Sounds low to me. The 261 jobs is slightly more than one per day. You are working less than 23 hours per week and earning six figures - good job! It must be assumed the 32 percent expenses includes all meals, cell phone, business use of home, etc - right? Still seems terribly high - you should be able to put another 20 thou in your pocket by getting expenses under control.

RJ answered all the above, Keep in-mind Total expenses include the above. Including the total cost involved in doing business, from insurance to advertising. Also I included some jobs that had more than one Hood, for example I clean one hotel that has 2-4 hoods I charge for each one separate. As far as the jobs & Mileage goes I have to double/up, I set up multiple jobs were I can no since driving 250 miles for less than $500-$700. So I do, say McDonalds and a taco bell on one-nite trips. As for the chems 2%, Plastic 2.25% ***one of these days I will have a company ride like Matt Bryan***
