Anyone Bid This Before

6700 linear feet of this fence, front and back. The 6700 does not inlude the three rails and posts, just straight line footage. All painted wood. Has mold and mildew which will clean easily with a house wash, (I tested it) for the painters to do their thing. I already gave my price just wanted to see if anyone else has done this before and how you priced it.

They also asked me to give a price on painting which I am not sure I want to do, but if there are any painters out there that would like to advise, please feel free to do so. thanks

I just finished a 4 rail fence like that. Electric pump with strong house was mix. 7gal machine set to 5gal at 1800 psi. used about 90 gal of mix and 1070gal water. 250ft hose on each machine. more hose than that and it just got in the way. Electric spray set to spray fast enough to soak at a fast pace spray slightly downward to catch the full side of the board and the top in one quick spray - wash/clean the same way. on the other side of the fence shoot slightly upward for the same reason. when the soap sprayer reaches the end of their hose they do what is needed to ready the equipment to be moved as soon as the cleaner is done. took about 8.7 hours start to stop - not counting water refill. Course I had a new guy that did not have the ability to walk and accurately shoot the soap so I called him back to respray areas more than a few times in the morning.
