Just wondering! I check about every other job or so. But if I keep My chem. mixture, Metering, Injection and ratio the same it wont vary much! (talked with waste water management, were I dispose my waste water and they gave me a safe range to operate in.)

I had a few places where this was part of the contractual agreement.
Havent run into it in some time.
Besides- when the chems are still active it helps to keep the drains clear.lol

Can you imagine the thousands of gallons at the poo poo plant being actually affected by a high caustic content.I dont think so. By the time the stuff reaches the processing plant i,m shure its all but nuetral.

Then again I am not a chemist. So if someone would clarify this I would appreciate it and so would mikey. (mikey likes it!~) Sorry couldnt help it.All in jest. Goat.

Oh-- whats the safe range ?A :confused: s far as PH goes.

a safe pH range (more than 4.5 and less than 11). Remember that anything with a pH of 11 will be at least 10 times more alkaline, anything with 12 will be 100 times, and any product with a pH of 13 will be 1000 times more alkaline!
Example;
Delivery Truck Wash-off Water: Characteristics

Average volume of water used = 25.6 L

Average pH of water: 12 pH units1

Average turbidity2 = 27,000 NTU3

Average TSS4 = 79,000 ppm5

Get it Goat?
