Area to be cleaned?

When bidding on a grocery store or any other retail outlet, what areas exactly are you cleaning.
In other words, do most of them want just the front elevation and walkways cleaned or the entire building?
Do you clean the windows after you are done?

Any help will be appriciated!

My grocery store just wants the entry ways and exit ways cleaned. Up to the fire zone line. Yes we touch up the windows that have been hit. If they have big areas, I recommend getting a measuring wheel at Home Depot for $55, so we could break up the areas they wanted with the exact square footage. The wheel don't lie! and they can't argue with the wheel!
