If we make up a blog here. How does it help with seo compared to Google blogger?

The blog portion of the forum probably works like any other blog with proper formatting and keywords (short tail & long tail). The forum itself will have very little impact on SEO as Google looks for content (forums seldom meet that criteria).

Compared to your own blog on Google blogger it is possibly better... But that assumes your Blogger blog sucks. At the end of the day a quality 700 word article here can't hurt. I wouldn't go crazy and try to spam here with 20 blog posts though.
