Brick 3 story house with mold

I have received a call for a house wash. It is a 3 story house on the lake, and is covered with moss/mold. I have an x-jet, and am planning on using it to wash the higher brick parts (30+ feet). My question is, what mix should I use? I generally use a Glory/bleach mix. I have 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite, and was wondering if anyone could suggest a good mix and also proportions for my x-jet with a 4GPM machine. Any help is appreciated. I Use The Sodium Hypoclorite 12.5 With A Cheap Soap Like Tide As A Surfactant And Add In A Little Cascade I Shoot It At 2:1 With My M-5 And Rinse
