have anyone tried calling there local city's countys to see if they can get a contract to clean the local park, "play areas" i know teenager at our local park piss on play ground eqt.. i called my local city to talk to the park manager and i told him that i have seen people doing number #1 on the eqt. i told him we could wash the tunels outand all the other eqt scrubb some off the bad area's with warm water to clean them all up.. he told me thats what the rain is for.......

on another note has anyone ever tried doing grocery stores carts. i mean have you ever seen some of the carts that you take. all stick kids picking there nose's and touching every square inch of the cart sitting out side in the rain kids dirty diapers sitting in the seat where you put your vegie's..
just curious if anyone has had a contract in doing this.
thanks

With grocery carts you have to contain all the water in a special tank. It is a pain in the ass.

I have tried local parks but the cities have their own maintenance crew and pressure washing is not one of them, but the do not want any pressure washing.

I have seen people doing grocery carts. The catch is they also do the repairs too. Fix bad wheels busted handles etc...
As for the parks, they threatened to remove the new equipment from the parks because of lack of funding to maintain it. Parks and rec doesn't spend any more than neccessary to keep it clean and working. I bet they wouldn't let their kids play on the equipment.

yeah

yeah i guess your right about the grocery cart's they probley would want someone to fix them and take care of them all at the sametime. but if you do think about all the things that get on it and touch it. it's kinda gross dont you think.
as for playgrounds i dont let my daughter go down the tunnels or even really play on it due that problem of kids and teen's doing the #1 on everything: fyi my local park just got a make over oh maybe a year half ago.. nice play ground huge it was a piarte ship theme. two huge sail's with i dont know how many tunels and swings and other strang stuff but of course in the middle of the night during this summer some punks threw gas or some kinda flamble liquid and started 40% of it on fire broke all the pathway lighting and spray painted all the pinic table, the city has not fixed any of it. and i dont blame them its a shame that people have to trash things thanks  again for getting back to me

Since we were talking about shopping carts and keeping them maintained, does anybody know what they were charging to do something like that? I don't plan on doing this just curious to see how much people charge. If you do not want to post this because it might be confidential, please PM me.

Last I had heard was around .70 to 1.00 a cart, I don't think that included parts or much maintenance.
