Colorado water policy responsible

This policy is responsible and not a bunch of garbage. Way to go Colorado!!!

I mean this guy’s; they are defining the Colorado water and what’s protected and what’s not.
If we are going to write BMP then need to remain simple. Have more than one resolution, this one has four options.

I'm glad they finally got thier info updated.

They used to have a permit application for power washers, problem was they never issued them. Called CDPHE about one and got yelled at 'where did you get that application!', It was from their own website!

Looks like they're getting their act together, that's good for everybody!

Wisconsin is very similar to Colorado, a bit longer read but easy to comply with.
