This picture was taken the day after another contractor had been at this center. It took a few months but we were awarded the contract late yesterday for 7 centers locally to be done 4 time a year.

Russ-you ever run into a problem with that stencil where they wanted it removed from there concrete and still did not give you the job?? That would be my biggest concerned with those stencils where I would have to go back and remove the outline of them on the concrete.

no I do them in front of them, that was a old picture from when I did the demo, we just now got the jobs

I dont do them unless they request the demo be done so far everyone we have done we have ended up cleaning, some dont even want a demo just service they can rely on.

He sold the job for a total of 30 gs a year. He will remove them as he does them and bills them.
