JL Pressure Washing
What a year for us, we have been non stop condo complexes and all other kinds of PWing. The 1st couple pics are of a 6 story condo resort. We only did the tall towers and just the face of the front of the building. We also recaulked 10 large windows on thw side of the building. I thought this project would be a PITA, but it went real smooth It took all day Monday of last week and only a few hours Tuesday
The 3rd & 4th pics are a complex of 67 buildings we finished 2 weeks ago. The HOA President called me after the project, the property was thrilled with our professionalism he said and how we got in & out quick and with no problems
The 4th picture is how we tape & bag, Exit lights, emergency lights, fire pull stations etc. We do it on every project, The wiring usually isnt the greatest and can cause fires (I learned the hard way a few years ago) also can set off alarms if you dont protect them. The last time another PWer didnt protect stuff and they had to replace over 100 exit lights. No problems this time with JL.. We have this project now every November. Sweet Job took 2 weeks
