Confident Roof & Exterior Cleaning Supports Cleaning for Heroes

After Torreys initial thread HERE about the Cleaning for Heroes organization, I got excited to help out. 2 days later she sent me our first client, the next day I drove out and met Mr. & Mrs. Hero and did an evaluation of their home's exterior. We decided instead of just doing the roof, we were going to give them the "Full package". Roof, house, driveway and fence.

Here are the before and after shots of the roof, and one of me and the Veteran. He was one of the nicest, most gracious people I've ever met and truly appreciated the services.

Unfortunately, once we finished with the roof, and started our PW, it busted a leak and we couldnt finish the drive, house, and the fence. However, we will be going back this week to finish it up.

Good job Scott, that is for a great cause. The sad thing is all the men and women that protected our county are forgot about all the time.

First, THANK YOU goes to Scott for his incredible support and professional, quality services provided to our clients. If you followed the link above, you'll know that we are the only nonprofit that provides free housecleaning, maintenance and repair services to elderly and disabled veterans in need. Having Scott representing our program and his industry is an incredible honor!

I popped over to tell you what I already told Scott and our 3,300+ Facebook fans. The client called tonight to tell me how thrilled they were! They couldn't wait until tomorrow to give their feedback. LOL! The wife talked my ear off about how FABULOUS the work was, how pleased they were, and added compliments like, "He was so sweet!" -- seriously, THANK YOU. This client was just so grateful that we are working on an idea she had to tell the whole community that they should do business with Scott's company. I am working on the logistics of her idea now, but the point here is you did AWESOME and we thank you so much!

I've already started processing some application requests that have arrived from your forum, and I am really pleased to see this community of professionals stepping up to help support our mission. Our program costs NOTHING to join and there are no membership fees. We'd greatly appreciate any and all contributions you may be able to give for our program, so please consider joining! We'll be honored to have you on board!

Nice Job Scott
 
Its good to see the industry giving back. We joined Cleaning for Heroes in Oct and although we haven't had the pleasure of servicing any veterans through them, we have provided free services such as house washes and driveway cleanings on our own after having been contacted by local veterans in our area. My cousin was just redeployed to Afghanistan last week, so we support our troops as much as possible.
