  2. change permalink setting to "post name" so your pages aren't called "?page_id=x"
  3. Header logo color is a bad match for white background (http://www.colorsontheweb.com/colorwizard.asp)
  4. Increase logo size in header
  5. Put phone number in the header
  6. spell out new Jersey in the content
