Sweet, you must have worked your ass off. Was they shut when you arrived. sometimes it takes me 30 minutes just to get them out of my way.

I wish I could land a few easy ones like that but we are still in a startup phase after one year on and off and we do a lot of bottom feeding i.e. the ones nobody will touch.

I love'em and don't mind them I get my price not theirs but I do look forward to the days of gravy. Did I mention I love cleaning exhaust systems.

The other night, Sun-Mon, we did a big 5 hood system with a 30' horizontal 2 wall-mount canopy hoods and 1 35' backshelf (which I count as 3 because it has 3 duct collars with radius turns where they connect to the horizontal) 20 filters. No pictures to show but it took us 12.5 hours. Oriental grease to boot. Nasty, Nasty, "Where's my Mama!" Thank god for Motrin and Margaritia's the only way to heal up after a tough one.
 
Na, Pretty easy. I called 2-3 hrs ahead and tell the (the kitchen manager to stock the buffet so the equipment is shut down and cooled off for me when I get there. Thanks you guy's...

David It sounds like you could become an alcoholic, or have a dinking problem if you lived in china town!!!!! :D
