Degreasers

I would appreciate anyones input on using degreasers, what kind and how to put it down? New to pressure washing and going to be doing a few restaurants sidewalks next week, black crap in front of the rear entranceway. Will this black stuff generally break down with a good degreaser, then pressure wash off?

I am sure alot of you have dealt with this before, what is your favorite way to nail it?

You might have to use two types of degreaser located at these areas... One for food, and one for engine oil...

This is just a guess about the type of oil that may lie on concreat...
