Yeah, she had helped me with Christmas deliveries then. Two little girls, college, taking care of everything around the house and half of the things in the office keep Katie occupied. Plus she keeps me pointed in the right direction.

Thats awesome, way to work as a team to make the family and business succeed. As Scott Stone said, can't have a succesful business without a healthy home life... Or something similar.

We can't wait till the baby comes. Will be a blessing and we will also be getting hot and heavy on your program.

You're right it doesn't matter what you do in business if you aren't successful at home.

I'll say this...our business didn't really start taking off until a baby was on the way. Not that I was lazy before, but it reached a point where there was no other option.

Being in businesses with my immediate family has strengthened our faith, our bonds and our businesses. We have all learned to share and to put others first.

It has been a blessing in ways we would have never imagined.

We all have our strengths and weaknesses. Each of us learns from the other. Rarely a day passes when I don't learn something from Shelly, Chris, Jill, Cameron, Abby or Fayth.

We have company meetings each month where we set goals and help each other reach them.

The success of an arrangement like this is dependent on one thing. Trust. Each of us has to make the commitment daily to keep honesty as the foundation that will not be shaken.

But I digress....

The beauty about a program is it's yours , while I got the basics of the program from my Neisse's best Freind we all took it to another level.

Together we masterminded the details. To date we still share new ideas tips and tricks.

The fundamentals stay the same.

Keep focused the clients you pick. They don't pick you, they have to worth your time. If you stick to that in the end any program will work.

I've spent a ton of time wasting mine on people who would in the end not benefit me or my end goal. Providing for my family.

I'm happy to also help others not waste there lives going down the wrong path.

I have finally leaned to shut up. Previously I could be selling blankets to naked people in Alaska and before I was done they would be handing me back the blanket because I told them too much and talked them out of the sale.

Unfortunately Shelly has seen me do that so much she is having to learn to do the same in her political campaign.

That really is the whole the key to selling. The person that listens the most usually wins.
