Duct Spinners breaking. Help needed.

Duct spinners are breaking like crazy because of the screws penetrating the duct. I know that there are not supposed to be screws penetrating but it is what it is. Anybody have any suggestions, improvements?

Which one do you use? Don't they usually have a steel cage protecting the moving parts?

Which part are you breaking? My guess would be the arms. Are you using adjustable angle or fixed tip spinners?

It seems like the screws are a problem with your duct spinners. Have you considered steel cage spinners for better protection? And are you using adjustable or fixed tip spinners?
