Egg Stains

Hi everyone:

It looks as though my first residential project will be removing some egg stains off the side of a house. What is a good detergent to remove the stains, can I stick with cold water instead of hot, and will there be some kind of residue left behind.
The house is STUCCO the potential customer mentioned the stucco is pea gravel size, will a soft brush be the best choice?
What can I charge in Canadian $$. of course I will try to sell the customer on a whole house wash, in case they don't go for it what can I charge for just the stain removal then. I haven't seen the house yet and don't know how long the stain has been there for.

Your answers will be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Rod Strickland at Xterior.com gave me this recipe, which he claims works well: Equal parts of Windex, Fantastic, and Murphys.

I have not personally tried this recipe, but have no reason to believe it won't work.

Good luck

That mix works but the murphys soap leaves behind a shade stain being oil based could do more damage i usally only use hot water and a stiff bristled brush does the job if you dont have hot bring a 5 gallon pail of super hot water and use a rag soaking wet against it.
