El Negro in Spanish language is not as derogatory as the colorful word you use Mr. Alan. Being that most latin/spanish cultures were at sometime mixed with african slave bloodlines being "Negro" is not a bad thing. In fact some will call you negro as to say "one of us" or buddy buddy.

Can someone explain why a hood cleaning company would promote "100% hand clean"...what's the rationale with that?

The vent cleaning in those pictures looks weak

I have heard of a guy out here that tells his customers that "steam cleaning is the lazy way to do it" meanwhile his scrape jobs look like crap. It may be lazy to steam clean but you get a hell of a better product than "100% hand clean"
